Journey to Digital Estonia: A Visit to the University of Tartu
How do they take care of their employees elsewhere? We took a closer look at HR practices at the University of Tartu.
During June 2021, we held information sessions on the updated HR Award/HRS4R SCI MUNI strategy for the period 2021-2023. We went over everything that has already been implemented in our action plan since 2019 and presented additional areas of focus for the next period. We also devoted space to the faculty's gender activities and the main recommendations formulated based on the gender audit findings. These three meetings were held online, in both Czech and English, and were attended by approximately 90 participants.

All employees have an opportunity to contribute personally to the development of the new faculty HR strategy - they are welcome to join the Researcher Focus Group - Opinion Makers, whose members are active in several faculty working groups.
